decr.legisl. 196/03 ("Law on Protection of Personal Data").

Please note that according to Art. 13 of decr. Legisl. 196/03 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") the personal information provided by you, or acquired as part of the intercurrent contractual relationship established with you now or in the future, will be processed in compliance to this regulation.

The process of personal data or information is aimed to fulfill the requirements of laws and contracts, ie:

Entry and process of data for preparation of required accounting records, drafting of documents for fiscal and administrative purpose, regarding the supplies of goods or services or similar.
Entry and update in our register of customers/suppliers for use and management purposes under the provisions of the law.

The data will be entered into our database, "Master Data customers and suppliers" and their treatment, which may be made through automated means and/or paper, will include all operations or required operations (art. 4 letter a decr.legisl. 196/03) for such treatment of data, including communications required for the fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations and to the banks in order to proceed to contractual obligations.

Those who, within their tasks, can become aware of your data, are working in the following offices: Administration, Sales, Shipping, Purchasing, CED.

Please note also that in relation to the treatment of your data you can exercise the rights under Art. 7 of decr. Legisl. 196/03.

We point out that the communication of the above mentioned data , in general is not mandatory, but the refusal to authorize the communication of your data to all the above stated subjects it may compromise the punctual fulfillment of the legal obligations and contracts in the field of labour.
